How it Began.

In 2007, Tim and Katie purchase points at Disney’s Beach Club resort.
15 Years later, Tim and Katie decide to sell Disney and purchase land in Door County, a dream they always had.

After a lot of time, research, and some help from God, they have their dream.

40+ acres is purchased to start their Door County Retreat with Four Season of Fun for all to enjoy.
